Engineer Pathway

AprilSix support progression starting in a linear fashion from apprentice up to Head Of Development. Not all roles are immediately available and can be subject to business requirements. This track is not fixed, in fact employees are free to switch between tracks if relevant. Promotions relate to pay scales, and come with a pay rise, however pay rises are not exclusively tied to promotion and can happen based upon other achievements and performance.
