Skills Matrix

The skills matrix is designed to be a tangible pathway to moving up the levels in the engineering pathway. Each skill can be between level 1-5 which indicates their area of expertise in their role and eligibility for promotion. The skills are translatable into the RTG model too, making it easier to complete annual calibration.
